It is located up a quiet private lane in the village of stenalees, there is regular bus service at the bottom of the lane and the Newquay / Par branch line is a short walk away . All bills are included , all the appliances you need washing machine , tumble dryer , Sky tv . Fast internet. Nice garden with great views , full access to the house . Ideally I am looking for 3 like minded people , with references essential🙂 Failing that I would consider a family but it would be £1600 a month including all bills …
