I have a furnished double bedroom in a 3 bedroom character cottage just 5 minutes drive from St. Austell. It is located up a quiet private lane in the village. All bills are included , all the appliances you need washing machine , tumble dryer , Sky tv . Fast internet. Nice garden with great views , full access to the house . The two room mates that are already here are care workers who are working a lot and are from Zimbabwe and India and are very nice people .
