Single Room In Comfy Warm House In St Austell

Single room situated in Boscoppa, short walk from the College, nr bus stop, free evening and weekend landline calls and international calls and broadband, unlimited downloads. All bills included, central heating, modern warm house, bath/shower etc. Would ideally suit student but all welcome. We are a married couple with a 2 year old son (who sleeps 12 hrs through night!) 4 chickens and a soppy dog. the room has a wardrobe, drawer unit high adult cabin bed with integral table/workspace underneath and armchair/ futon. decorated recently.
My husband gets up at 6am for work, and is therefore early to bed and it would be great if we could find someone with similar hours/shifts. As long as a housemate was quiet and considerate after 10 pm on weeknights, all would be welcome.

We pay a cleaner and that is included in the rent. Any housemate would only be expected to clean their own room and the kitchen after use but we also have an excellent dishwasher.
