House Share in country cottage

The housemate position is for a generous single room in a four bedroom country cottage situated close to St Austell and the Eden Project.
The other housemates are the live in landlord, his partner and one other housemate, a male nurse working shifts - will be four people living here in total.
The forth bedroom is available as a guest room for occasional use for friends and relatives.
The successful housemate will have exclusive use of his/her room plus shared use of a lounge diner, kitchen, conservatory and garden.
An off road parking space is available.
The rent is inclusive covering energy, landline telephone, Internet (wifi) and boosted signal for Vodafone reception.
