Your room will be a double bedroom, adjacent to an additional guest bedroom and main bathroom.

Your room is fully furnished and has beautiful views overlooking the garden.

The home is typically Cornish with cobble walls, a beautiful kitchen with an island, welcoming living room and conservatory. The gardens are inviting with numerous places to stop, rest and enjoy it. The garden runs next to a river so, it's a bit of a haven really.

Location is near enough to the town for convenience and ease of transport but also close to some of Cornwall's more beautiful areas: Charlestown / Lost garden of Heligan.

There is one friendly doggo who lives there in addition to an amiable (if acentric) black cat.

The room is for single occupancy only.
