Seeking single lodgers (i. e., no couples, no children please) - professional, who'd like to live in a bright, tidy, fully furnished, large house in the quiet, friendly and safe surroundings of Pentewan village.
Located right in the village's main square, there's free parking opposite, and paid parking round the corner (and a year-round permit is available for a modest fee). There's also 2 pubs, 2 excellent cafes and a large general store/post office 5-minutes walk away - also a flat cycle trail alongside the white river/woods taking you all the way to St Austell.
There's a large open-plan ground floor lounge/breakfast room/fully-equipped kitchen: coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, separate single induction hob, large microwave, slow cooker, larder fridge, small fridge/freezer and a medium-sized chest freezer - and a large LED TV with soundbar, and wood burner (back boiler heating radiators throughout), and a small patio with outdoor seating, fronting onto the Square.
ALL bills included (electricity, water, high-speed fibre internet [67mb/sec] with dual broadband).
My priority is to provide a friendly, clean, quiet-but-sociable environment for whoever lives here. From a personal perspective I'd like to say that, although I am a live-in landlord, I'm pretty self-contained (my daily interests being computer-based, reading, and fine art in my local studio) so much of the time you'll probably not even be aware I'm here.
