Spacious short term let

This is a short term sub-let beginning 9th November 2023. Available for 2 months, with the possibility of an extension depending on circumstances.
Spacious double room partly furnished with double bed and couch. The flat itself is also very spacious, shared bathroom and living room/kitchen space.

The flat is in a great location, just 2 min walk from St Ives town centre, which has many lovely pubs, shops and restaurants and of course galleries. You would also be a mere 4 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. And have the beautiful Porthminster Beach on your door step.

St Ives is an incredible town, very popular with the tourists, but there are loads of gorgeous spots that stay quite even in the busier times. In addition to the gorgeous beaches St Ives is surrounded by beautiful countryside as well. With lovely foot paths all around.

This would be a perfect room for someone who wants to escape to the seaside for the winter. Cornwall is surprisingly balmy in the winter.
