2 minute walk to the nearest shop and pub.
10 minute walk to the beach, train station, bus station and post office.

Pros of living in this house
-Super chilled, peaceful and relaxing environment, on a quiet street.
-Big organic garden.
-Close to the leisure centre, cinema and St Ives orchard.
-Sea view from the road and garden.
-We have a food recycling project called Foodshare. Where anyone can collect free food.
-Porthmeor beach is our closest beach, and it’s great for surfing.

Cons of living in this house
-House isn’t soundproof.
-No bath tub.
-There’s only on street parking.
-No WiFi, Sky or mainstream TV. This is a personal choice, and I won’t be installing them.

Please send me two reference contact details. One of these references, must be your present landlady/ landlord.. Your second reference must be a professional character reference.. On receipt of these, we can arrange a viewing, or an online viewing. I will only contact your references, if you choose to rent the room.

On accepting the room, I will need some basic information to receive permission from my landlord, to have you as a lodger.

After I’ve received permission from my landlord, I will then need proof of ‘the right to rent’ so the authorities know you legally have the right to rent in the UK.
I will need either
1-Passport or
2-Government ‘Share Code’
3-Birth certificate and drivers license
Which I need to photograph in your presence (to check the photo is of you) and keep this information during your stay, and for 12 months after you leave.

I’m happy to have seasonal summer workers, or long term lodgers, based on a rolling six month contract.
