-There’s only on street parking.
-No WiFi, Sky or mainstream TV.
Please send me two reference contact details. One of these references, must be your present landlady/ landlord.. Your second reference must be a professional character reference.. On receipt of these, we can arrange a viewing, or an online viewing. I will only contact your references, if you choose to rent the room.
On accepting the room, I will need some basic information to receive permission from my landlord, to have you as a lodger.
After I’ve received permission from my landlord, I will then need proof of ‘the right to rent’ so the authorities know you legally have the right to rent in the UK.
I will need either
1-Passport or
2-Government ‘Share Code’
3-Birth certificate and drivers license
Which I need to photograph in your presence (to check the photo is of you) and keep this information during your stay, and for 12 months after you leave.
