Ensuite Room available in a purpose built HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) in St ives.

4 bedrooms share a kitchen.
2 rooms are ensuite so only 2 rooms share a shower room.
All bills (gas electric, water, council tax and broadband included)

The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.
All rooms have fridge with small freezer
Gas central heating
The communal areas are checked and cleaned bi weekly but it is up to all tenants to clean up after themselves in the kitchen.

All other rooms are filled with respectful, working tenants so we are looking for someone similar.
