My house is light, airy and spacious. It is stylishly furnished with a large, comfy corner sofa. Excellently equipped kitchen, separate dining space in the sunny conservatory.
The brand new kitchen is better equipped than most "face-less" bespoke rentals as I love to cook. There is a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer however please note that there is no dishwasher.
Looking for a respectful lodger for a few months who is tidy and is a non-smoker. The room is a double bedroom with storage and desk. It will be a little like having the house to yourself as my work takes me out of Cornwall a lot so you will often have the house to yourself, however when I am back I might want the lounge to myself to decompress! However, I’m a friendly guy and don't mind a chat!
Opening up from the kitchen is a sunny conservatory with a leather sofa providing an alternative chill-out space which you are welcome to use. Views of the sea from the conservatory and top of the house.
There is a south-facing garden with a decked area and seating.
The shower-room and toilet is downstairs. An impressive, hotel standard walk-in shower with nightlights, heated mirror and shaving socket. Drawer space is available.
References and a deposit will be required.
