Fabulous, unique, self-contained one bedroom house

This bright, central 1 bedroom house (the site would only let me say 2 bedroom for some reason?!) in St Ives is a real gem. It is on four levels and decorated to a high standard. The rent includes council tax though not electric. Visitors parking permits are available although permanent parking would be best done on the edge of town. It is right by the shops but doesn't have hoards of people passing constantly. It is on the market to be sold hence being rented a a lower fee on condition that things will be kept tidy and viewings allowed at 24 hours notice.
Perfect for a sabbatical. Would suit one (neat) person best although a couple may be considered.
It is let fully furnished and extra furniture may not be added.
Gorgeous place.
Rented on a rolling basis with a month's notice required by both tenant and landlord.
