Good sized single bedroom to rent in large 4 bedroomed house. Furnished but can be unfurnished if required. Full access to house and its facilities including large kitchen diner, large separate lounge, conservatory and sunny garden and parking. Wifi available and all bills included too. I am a full time, young at heart 40-year-old working professional, currently looking to rent out my single room as my current tenant is moving on after a year with me. I have two teenage daughters who stay two nights a week and it is consequently a very easy going, chilled house, being empty most of the time. I can offer a very relaxed, comfortable home, with a wonderful kitchen for any potential master chefs!! It's tidy, well presented and secure and I am looking for someone to come and treat as their home too, not to feel like an isolated house mate!
