Female Lodgers only!

I have a double room available in my home in St Column Major, ideally located to A30 and Newquay.
I am a professional working long hours and I am a keen cyclist when the sun is shining and often head out for a walk and coffee.

I’m looking to rent out a furnished large double bedroom to a professional female, sharing with myself as live in landlord.

Rent is £625 a month including all bills.
The home is clean and cosy with gas central heating. The home has a large living room, kitchen dining room / utility room with front and back garden. The lodger will have own storage area in shared kitchen and separate fridge freezer.

As I work long hours I do like to relax and read or watch tv. I’m easy going and looking to rent out the room to female lodger who is a full time working professional. Someone who is friendly, sociable, clean and tidy.

The room is available for 3 months initially with potential of an extension if things go well and we get on for long term rental.

References and one month’s deposit required.
