Room to let

NB. The room layout may differ slightly to pictures as they are old, the bed and furniture remains the same.

Small room may be available to let in my house after the date listed

The room will have a set of drawers, a queen sized double bed (small double), a built in wardrobe/ cupboard and several power outlets.

The house will be shared with myself as I live here as well as 2 other tenants that live in the household from time to time.
Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.

The rent price includes all bills, although if working from home or a heavy user electricity may require contributing towards as I'm only usually in during the evenings, and people don't seem to realise how much they use or the cost of it..

This can be further discussed.

No smoking inside the bedroom(s). Allowed in garden etc.

The house is semi detached, on-street parking with possible driveway use, central heating, patio in the garden, large fridge and a chest freezer.

Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.

Price of the room is 400pm/ 100pw/ 200 bi-weekly.
This may be subject to change depending on how much gas/ electricity/ water etc is used.
All other bills are included in the price.
