Room to let

Small room, not currently available but may be in the future.
The room has a set of drawers, a queen sized double bed (small double), a built in wardrobe/ cupboard and several power outlets.

The house will be shared with myself as I live here, and occasionally stay the household from time to time. Occasionally other tenants when they are staying here and not elsewhere.


Sometimes my child will be staying so I will be carrying out the relevant checks.

The rent price includes all bills, although if not working or someone who works from home then electricity and heating will require contributing towards.
This can be further discussed if it arises.

The house is semi detached with parking outside of the house, possible driveway use (if there's space), central heating, patio, shed for storage, large fridge, freezer washer, dryer, bath, shower, etc.

Would preferably suit a single working person although I will take considerations in regards to housing benefits/UC etc.

Price: 100pw

C/T, water, Internet incl, gas/electric is included unless you use a lot, in which case a contribution will be required.
