I am renting my 3 bedroom flat for the winter (December 1 to May 1). It is a beautiful, spacious apartment over two floors, located in the heart of St Columb Major - walking distance to Co-Op, a cafe and a butchers. There are two excellent surf beaches just 10 minutes away (Watergate and Mawgan Porth) and Newquay and Padstow are both about 15-20 minutes by car.
The master bedroom is situated downstairs and two additional bedrooms are upstairs (one is set up as an office with a sofa bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bathroom and a good size living room with dining area.
One private parking space is included and there is lots of street parking available nearby also.
I am only looking to rent to a single person or couple (not to a group of people renting individual rooms).
