Newly rennovated ensuite double room

Very cosy brand new sunny ensuite double room for working professional or student, available from 16th October. Situated near St Columb minor and Nansledan. Not far from Porth beach. In family home (kids are 11 and 14 and live at the house half of the time). Must like dogs as we have a very well behaved big dog (short haired - doesn't shed!). Must be very clean, tidy and respectful of our home. I work from home and study in my spare time. I'm into walking, swimming, generally being outdoors exploring new places and hanging out with friends when I'm not working.
