Your NEW room is situated at the front of the house will views over the front drive / village.
We are in a fortunate position that watergate bay is a mile and a half walk (boardmasters) and our nearest beach is Porth beach which is excellent for kayaking and surfing and with only being half a mile walk, we regularly take our dogs to the pub on the beach there and watch the sunset.

YOUR NEW HOME:
Situated in a friendly, quiet, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. You must like and be comfortable with dogs in the home, especially comfortable with random kisses and licks! This is because we have a rescue dog, he is 18 months old and is a bullmastiff cross, a total softie but he is a big dog! Which can be alarming when you first meet him as he gets excitable, until he gets used to you.

ABOUT US:
We are a couple who are both in full time employment, our day to day running is early nights and long days! So we would ideally prefer a professional working person or couple in hospitality and in FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT. However we would consider students, studying in and around the area, and for the right Tennant (s) a long term contract is on offer.

We do require you to supply a months deposit upfront, to secure your new room.
This is for our piece of mind, and your security.

BENEFITS TO YOU :
You with have FULL use of the kitchen, everything you need from: Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, with plates, pans (induction hob) and cooking utensils. All in very good condition (we like to cook most evenings).

We are happy to supply a kettle in your room if you want for your convenience. We have also Installed a 40 inch TV
Super fast broadband is installed and unlimited use is part of the package.
Also for your use is two double sets of chest of drawers, triple wardrobes and should a designated work space be required, we can purchase one for your use (although not supplied at present). The room is huge and over the dinning room so quiet at night and all doors have turn key locks.
The room has a King's BEDDED lift up style otterman bed with further storage underneath, bedding, Curtains and black out vertical blinds.
Pillows are also supplied along with towels, should you require them for yourself.
The garden has recently been renovated and has decking, privacy fence, bbq and seating areas.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS :
We are approximately 15 minutes walk / cycle in to Newquay main town centre, but also supported by all bus routes. We have 3 parking spaces in front of our house which we use for our vehicles. However there is ample free on road parking outside, and opposite the front of our house.

LOCAL AMENITIES:
Within the localised area we have a convenience store (co-op) and the local public house, which has a built in restaurant (I personally recommend the steak Saturday promotion). The public house has a pool table, WiFi, and a beer garden for the summer months..

FURTHER INFORMATION
We have a semi-detached end of terrace home with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet, it's is a clean, well looked after fully furnished modern home with the family bathroom shared with only the tenant of room 1(there is a lock on the door), but with a third toilet downstairs, so that there is no worry about privacy!
Our garden is large, with a secure fence and two tier decking with loungers, garden furniture and we have also Installed an american gas bbq, hot-tub.

PLEASE NOTE: That we have a lovely home, and are NOT looking for party animals, or tenants who will abuse our good nature..

We also have a large and small dog so please be comfortable with having dogs in the home..
