Double bedroom and shared home

Private furnished room available with double ottoman bed and large wardrobe.

Shared living room/ bathroom with one other female tenant.

My husband and I also live at the property, but it's big as my parents used to live with us. We have the 3rd bedroom with en suite and a seperate living room.

We've just put a new bathroom in so we may rarely want to use the bath. There is also another shower room with sink and toilet on the ground floor if you would prefer that for sole use.

Shared kitchen - this has recently been replaced and its not tiled yet but is fully functional, with hob, cooker, crockery and cutlery. Lodgers have dediated cupboard space and seperate fridge/freezer.

Plenty of road parking available and a free car park at the back of the property.
