Beautiful double room with ensuite

I have a stunning bungalow that has two bed rooms and two bathrooms. I work away a lot for weeks at a time. I want someone who is happy to look after my cat and garden when I’m away. Hence the cheaper rent. It’s a stunning spot and would suit someone mature who wants peace and quite. A long stay is possible if it works for us both. Beautiful balcony. Mid way between Newquay and St Austell. Ideal for Eden Project.
All bills included assuming you respect low use to reduce environmental impact.
I do have a wood burner so if you use this you will need to buy own wood - must be dried wood. There is a washer/drier but I don’t use drier. I have airers. Dishwasher, etc. space for one car.
I’m looking for someone that is respectful and relaxed.
Own en-suite with walk in shower.
Two double wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Due to location you will require own transport.
