The double bedroom in the cottage itself has feature wall, access opening to the living room with fire place, kitchen and bathroom/shower room and south facing courtyard garden.
(sole use for solo or couple)

We have super friendly neighbours who keep an eye on the property for me and a lovely pub, river walk just down the road. St Ives is 10 minutes in a car.

Room 2 : Beautiful, light and airy annex (sep from main house) with en suite and kitchen facilities (microwave, kettle, hot plate etc, plates, cutlery etc, air fryer) available for short term/summer let only.

Double bed, sofa and launderette in nearby St Ives. No storage or hanging space so its live out of a suitcase situation. All bills inc.

Professional, honest and friendly landlord - having rented out rooms for several years. I live in Brighton.
