Room to rent in St Erth, ideal for surfers

Cosy single room for short term rents in St Erth (near Hayle). This property is perfect for anyone that surfs and looking for somewhere to stay whilst in the area for a short Surf trip. Being located in what I believe to be the most ideally located area for waves in Cornwall. Providing easy access to a number of different spots including; Godrevy/Gwithian - 5 mins, Praa sands and Porthleven 10 to 15 mins, St Ives - 10 mins and Sennan and Gwenver 30 mins. Non surfers also more than welcome, although would have to put up with a lot of talk about surf! Parking space for one car. I am a very laid back guy who works full time for Western power and spend alot of my free time surfing the waves of cornwall.
Short term only, £25 per night or £150 a week, max stay of 2 weeks.

Also we have a friendly black Labrador who loves everyone she meets, so must not mind dogs. Please feel free to give me a bell for any more info you want.
