A double and a single room to rent

I have 2 rooms to rent in my house . A single and a double . All bills are included .I live walking distance to Porthcothan Beach , yet I am a little remote so own transport is a must . There are buses to either Newquay or Padstow , but the last one is about 5pm and they don’t run on a Sunday in winter months . Both rooms are furnished . The single room has a close rail instead of a wardrobe .. we would share the bathroom, living room and kitchen . I would like who was renting to feel at home and feel completely at ease with using the shared spaces as it will be your home for now also. I am far from house proud yet I do like a clean environment . I would expect people to clean up after themselves and to keep their personal rooms clean . There is a large garden which is work in progress at the moment. .
Couples will be considered for the double room . But the rent would be £640 a month .
