We are a married couple in our 30s looking for a new lodger, current one has found her own place now near work.
Large 4-bedroom end of terrace house, two living rooms and spare room with a sofa bed and TV.
You would be living with ourselves and one other lodger who seems to be hardly ever around (Plenty of space).
Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large shed for storage if needed.
Very relaxed household, we have a husky who is a proper goof ball but equally relaxed at home. He is not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
St Eval is a 15 minute drive to Wadebridge, Newquay and Padstow. 5 minutes to the beach!
We enjoy going out, travelling, pubbing, but we keep home as a peaceful place.
