Large double room - St Eval - Cornwall

We are a married couple in our 30s looking for a new lodger, current one is buying his own place so aiming to move out before January.

Large 4-bed 3-bath end of terrace house, two living rooms. Spare snug/sofa bed for guests.

You would also be sharing the house with a second lodger.

Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large shed for storage if needed.

Very relaxed household, we have a husky who is a proper goof ball but equally relaxed at home. He is not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
Dogs considered, no dogs allowed upstairs or on furniture ideally.

St Eval is a 15 minute drive to Wadebridge, Newquay and Padstow. 5 minutes to the beach!

We enjoy going out, travelling, pubbing, but we keep home as a peaceful place.
