Single Bedroom

have a cosy single room to rent in my house . All bills are included .I live walking distance to Porthcothan Beach , yet I am a little remote so own transport is a must . There are buses to either Newquay or Padstow , but the last one is about 5pm and they don’t run on a Sunday in winter months .
Yet I am less than 20 mins drive from Padstow, Newquay and Wadebridge.
The room is furnished .
There is a clothes rail instead of a wardrobe .. we would share the bathroom, living room and kitchen . I would like who was renting to feel at home and feel completely at ease with using the shared spaces as it will be your home for now also. I do like a clean environment . I would expect people to clean up after themselves and to keep their personal rooms clean .
There is a large garden with seating areas.
Unfortunately i cannot accept unemployed people .
