A furnished single room is available in my peaceful coastal home, set in a quiet rural hamlet surrounded by countryside and within walking distance of beautiful Porthcothan Beach.
The property is a 15–20 minute drive from Newquay, Wadebridge, Padstow and St Columb Major, making it ideal for someone working locally who enjoys a calm home environment.
There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and living room. All bills are included.
A friendly miniature dachshund lives here, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
I am looking for a tidy, respectful and considerate person who is in employment. This is a quiet, non-smoking home.
