Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and downstairs there is a second shower room with WC. There’s also a utility space cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier.
There’s a front garden with fabulous sea views and an enclosed back-garden with a table for morning coffee in the sunshine (sometimes!).
Electric central heating, fibre broadband Wifi and Neflix.
NB if there are two people then the rent would increase to £550 pcm.
