Live the dream ...

Cosy attic room with double bed in our quiet house in a very private location (you'll need your own wheels unless you're an ace walker).
The room is large and low and light (with 2 large Velux windows). It measures about 5m x 4m, but the headroom is very limited - and access is by a ladder! The bathroom is immediately beneth it and is shared with 2 or 3 other people.
The house is set in 70 acres of our own land (with sheep, goats, horses) and with half a mile of Cornish coast; it overlooks Looe Bay - with a spectacular view from the Lizard to Rame Head (near Plymouth).
Everything's included except share of electricity, which is £5-£10 per week before the heating comes on, then probably about £15-£20 per week in the cold weather(the house and water heating is woodburner and electric).
