Lodger on Family Smallholding

Furnished room available from beginning of June for a quiet local single person. Shared shower room (i use the loo occasionally during the day) sole use of kitchen & bed/ sitting room above on a lodger basis near Mawgan Porth.

Looking now to find the right considerate, tidy & friendly person who shares our ethos of quiet(ish) enjoyment of a beautiful rural area 15 min walk from the beach. We grow our own veg, have a large garden & orchard & have cats, dogs, goats and horses. Might consider small well behaved dog. No cats, partners or kids, sorry. Possibility of riding available for right person. Accommodation is clean but a bit dated in an older property so can get chilly in the winter. Semi private garden if you like gardening .

The space is part of our family home so working female lodger preferred. No smoking or vaping. Bars, cafes & shops within walking distance. Sadly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to steep offset tread stairs.
