Double room in spacious houseshare (April - May)

I have a double room available to rent in a gorgeous house in Trevarrian with a large garden. The room comes fully furnished, with a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is also lots of shared space in communal areas; including a yoga studio. This is a short-let initially (till June as I have family visiting), but I will be listing the room again in July for a longer-term let. You'll be sharing with two friendly, sociable girls, both working in Health and Wellness, and a small Border Terrier dog. There is one shared bathroom and a separate WC. All bills are included and there is free parking available at the house. You will be living 10minutes from the coastal path with stunning walks to Watergate and Mawgan Porth and a 15minute drive into Newquay.
