A spacious furnished room is available in my comfortable home in the sought-after village of Trevarrian, close to both Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth.

The room is a generous-sized double room with a single bed, offering plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home.

The house has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and values mutual respect, kindness and consideration.
