Large detached studio flat in quiet location.

Modern studio flat in a semi rural location. 5 minutes from St Austell , 10 minutes from the Eden project and A30.
The flat was damaged by a small flood and the last tenants cat! …so it is being fully renovated as I speak . So photos will show the before pics ….I am putting in a new modern bathroom and new floor wit underfloor heating . I normally furnish the flat so what I will do is wait until last minute to buy things just in case a future tenant has their own furniture etc, if not I can get very quickly.
The location is quiet and has nice views. There is fast internet , parking .All utility bills included .
The studio is approx 60sqm with a bedroom above…my house is next door but I don’t live there and is also rented , but I’m about fairly often to tend to my gardens and my plot .
It’s a great little place which everyone whose lived there has enjoyed .
I hope to have it all finished by the end of June.
