Lovely double bedroom available in a two-bedroom cottage in Stratton, ready for a new housemate!
The cottage is a truly sweet and cosy space with a unique pink bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished, with most of the kitchen equipment provided by the landlord. I’d be happy to show you everything and help you get settled in. There's also plenty of space for you to add your personal touch and make it your own.
Your Room: The available double bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. You'll just need to bring your own bed, and there's more than enough space to fit a double as well as desk space/etc.
Sharing the Space: You'll be sharing the cottage and the bathroom with just one other person, myself. I work mostly evenings/weekends.
My previous housemates have moved out due to new job opportunities or to live with a partner, so the circumstances have always been positive and friendly.
The rent is paid on the 1st of every month. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing! Happy to offer a reduced rent if you're unable to move in on the 1st of the month, £100 deposit removed from first months rent x
