Lovely double bedroom available in a two-bedroom cottage in Stratton, ready for a new housemate from October 1st! Females only.

The cottage is a truly sweet and cosy space with a unique pink bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished, with most of the kitchen equipment provided by the landlord. I’d be happy to show you everything and help you get settled in. There's also plenty of space for you to add your personal touch and make it your own.

Your Room: The available double bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. You'll just need to bring your own bed, and there's more than enough space to fit a double.

Sharing the Space: You'll be sharing the cottage and the bathroom with just one other person—myself. I work evenings, so this arrangement would be perfect for someone who also works a lot or enjoys having the place to themselves in the evenings. I take pride in keeping our home clean and organised and have always worked hard to make past housemates feel welcome and comfortable.

My previous housemates have moved out due to new job opportunities or to live with a partner, so the circumstances have always been positive and friendly.
