Small double room available to rent in lovely cottage in the quiet and very well connected town of Summercourt., Newquay. Big living room, large bathroom (Brand new shower), well stocked kitchen, garden with decking area and parking also. Shop really close as well as 2 pubs in short walking distance. House is furnished but the room will be empty (furniture in bedroom photo will be moved), so will need own bedroom furniture. Single or small double bed recommended. Bed frame and mattress, both brand new less than 2 months ago are for sale.

I'm looking for someone to take over my former room mates half of the tenancy, which will run until 01/09/22. I'm a mature student, 32, single, quiet, friendly and easy going. Looking ideally for similar mature student or single professional. Reference and deposit required. No pets or smokers.

Only 10 mins to Newquay, 20 to Bodmin, St Austell etc. Right by the A30, excellent location.
