Just 12 minutes’ walk to Treliske’s main entrance, or 6 minutes’ walk to Truro Leisure Centre / main bus-stop for journeys in and out of Truro. Parking available for one car on front drive. You will have full use of our kitchen, cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery, crockery etc, cupboard space for your dry food storage. Use of washing machine and drying racks / washing line. Large spacious south facing garden, great for alfresco eating, pit fires and chilling, with a small conservatory for the wetter/colder days. We have two mature affectionate cats. (So best not to apply if you have cat allergies!) Perfect for professionals / Treliske or Truro College staff. We are a non-smoking household and prefer totally non-smoker lodgers.
