Spacious En Suite Double in Lovely Farmhouse

Hi,
We live in a gorgeous old farmhouse with a breathtaking view, between Saltash and Liskeard. It is 12 minutes' drive from the beach and five minutes from St Germans station. We are looking for a tidy, friendly and responsible lodger as we are sometimes away and have two cats.

I work either from home or in France over part of the spring
and summer. My daughter is at university abroad and my son is about to start his gap year., and may be away for most of it.

You would have your own double room, shower and loo, and use of one of the living rooms, kitchen, music room, large garden and main bathroom when you'd like a bath.

Open to everyone but those into the arts preferred

You'd need your own car and references.
