This is a large Motor Boat Italian made has 3 bedrooms with on Suites, Lounge and Kitchen on Upper deck, fully furnished with bedding.

Millbrook is the closest village whilst the crossing from Cremyll Ferry - has regular half hour trips to Plymouth.

Busses run every hour to Cremyll and Torpoint and then on to Plymouth.

It would be preferable if you have your own transport as there is parking available.
It is very quite here with surrounding hills and natural fauna.

We do have and outboard dingy that can be made available.- you must provide your own petrol and is subject to certain conditions..

Electricity is not included in the monthly payment and would expect you hold a regular job./ references would be required.

I am looking to rent out the 3rd room on the boat - one room is occupied whilst the other is occupied by myself - the 3rd room is available.
