Double room to rent wifi, sky tv and bills include

I have a fully furnished double room to rent. I share the house with my French Bulldog Buster so a animal lover is a must. I am looking for a professional person around the same age as me to share my home. There is good access to parking and the area is low crime and very quite. Good access to Plymouth via ferry with runs every 10 minutes I have a really nice garden and plenty of storage space . Comfortable with a male or female.
