Lovely room in beautiful home

Female lodger for lovely room in Bolenowe, near Troon. Bills included. We live in a beautiful location, the Red rivers starts in our garden and is surrounded by countryside, but only 7 mins drive to station.

Suitable for genuine, relaxed, quiet, easy going female full-time/study who works away from home during the day. Must be Clean and tidy.

Whilst this is not a house share, in addition to your bedroom you also have use of the kitchen for cooking and utility room for laundry. The bathroom is shared with one other female lodger, there is also a lounge with TV which is free in the evenings.

We are a friendly and kind family, two adults and one 15 year old, plus 1 female lodger, plus we have dogs and cats. So if you're a dog person that's great as we have dogs who every time you move think they are going out to play and do make dog sounds occasionally! The garden hosts much wildlife, foxes, badgers and deer who come to drink from the river which runs through it.
There is superfast broadband, all connected plus now tv, sky, alexa, etc. We both work full time from home so its essential that the person is away from home during the weekdays.
