Furnished double room available with ample storage and dual aspect windows (so it's very light and airy).

The bed and Silentnight mattress are both only a few months old.

The flat is located on the edge of Truro with views across a green and onto open countryside from the living room. Royal Cornwall Hospital is a 8-10 minute walk away, and Truro train station is a 25-30 minute walk.

There is a comfortable shared living room/ dining room, a good size kitchen with washer/ dryer fitted, and BT fibre optic broadband is included in the monthly price (as are water, gas and electricity bills).

Outside there is a small garden with rotary cloths line, and a garage if you want to store a bicycle or surf board/ kayak (currently I only keep my own bicycle and a motorbike in there so there's a fair bit of space).

There is free on street parking outside.

I'm a tidy individual and would expect the same of a prospective flatmate.

I enjoy socialising in the living room and going out occasionally. I do enjoy keeping fit and playing racket sports, so it would be a bonus to find a like minded flatmate.
