Double Room near station in Truro

NOW AVAILABLE FOR ONE MONTH ONLY- AUGUST One light and sunny bedroom available for single occupancy in central Truro. Rental can be organised for either Monday-Friday or for the full week.

THE HOUSE:

The house is on a quiet estate, a sought-after location, a few minutes’ walk from the city centre with regular bus services to the college and hospital and walking distance from the County Hall.

The main house is shared and has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, there is also an additional separate WC so there is never a morning rush for the bathroom! You'd be sharing with one other person.

There is a well stocked kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine (so no need for you to bring any kitchen stuff with you!). I give the shared space a clean every week (lounge, dinning room, kitchen and both toilets) but I would appreciate if you clean after yourself too. I also supply bin bags, washing and cleaning products and toilet tissues. I can provide bedding too if need. The room has a double bed but a king size duvet.

I live in the house with my cat out of the way in a separate annexe. I'm available to help out my tenants whenever they want but generally the main house is yours!

THE ROOM:

One sunny double room available. This room faces the back garden so it's very quiet and private.

The room is fully furnished and it has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and study desk.

THE BILLS:

Bills inclusive but I reserve the right to keep checking consumption and may change if too high. Broadband is fibre optic.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:

As I live in the house I am looking for clean and respectful people. This is a very quiet household at the moment and I think the house would suit academics, friendly conversationalists and hard workers. I work from home but in the annexe, so you hardly see me.

Please be aware that Dora the cat lives all over the two properties, as cats do.

Mature housemates particularly welcome. If you look after things, like good conversation and need to be close to public transport then this is perfect for you.
