The double room, with ensuite takes up the entire top floor of my three-storeyed house, and is therefore more like a bedsit, affording the lodger much privacy and comfort! In the bedroom there is a double bed, a large desk, 3 chairs, a television, a sofa and built in wardrobes. Also there are lovely views!!

My kitchen is available for your use, with plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space and there is a washing machine!

My house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, with off road parking.

There is a lovely south facing garden for you to enjoy/relax in! The garage could be used for storing a bike/surfboard etc

I am looking for a SINGLE mature, responsible person who will respect my house and enjoy living in it!

NB I am willing to consider letting the room to someone who comes to Cornwall to work during the week, returning to their home at weekends, i.e. Monday to Friday, as long as you have a contract for at least 3 months!
