Double room in a modern house in central Truro

Hi,

I’m Ruby and am a Psychologist. I go to the beach a couple times a week, enjoy reading and going out with friends. I'm in my 30's and want to live in a place that is clean and where the house feels warm and friendly. This is a house share for professionals. When not working we sometimes go out together. We like the outdoors as well as nights in and a trip to the pub. We're looking for people who enjoy their own space but would also be up for socialising once in a while. As a house we go out for dinners, beach parties and gigs etc. around once a month so looking for someone similar.

The house is ideal if you work in Truro and great for a night out (when we can) because it takes 2 minutes to walk home. Also good if you wake up late and miss breakfast as the cafe a few doors down is the best. The Park & Ride stop is close (can get a return to Treliske for £1 and takes 10 mins). The train station is just a 5 min walk away.

The house his done to a high standard and is bright and spacious.

Room 1 (£560): At the back of the house with a window looking onto the back garden. Double bed and mirrored wardrobe.

Room 2 (£550): At the front of the house. Has a large sash window overlooking the front garden. Double bed and chest of drawers.

Bathrooms: There is a big tub and shower in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs has a shower and loo. Both are decorated with white tiles and slate flooring.

Kitchen: This is my favourite space. There are decent pots and pans etc. and Smeg appliances. If you enjoy cooking, then you will love this kitchen.

Living room: Lovely sofas and plants. Nice space to chill. Has a big bay window which looks over the front garden which is full of mint and lavender and smells so good in the summer.

Dinning room: This room is next to the kitchen and is open planned. It opens up to the garden via two large doors.

Garden: This is at the back of the house and is private with a view of Truro Cathedral. Great space for dinner parties and outdoor pop-up cinemas.
