Double room in a modern house in central Truro

Hi,

I’m Ruby. I go to the beach a couple times a week, enjoy reading and going out with friends. I'm in my 30's and want to live in a place that is clean and where the house feels warm and friendly. This is a house share for professionals and currently the house has 2 people both working in the NHS. When not working we sometimes go out together. We like the outdoors as well as nights in. We're looking for someone who enjoys their own space but would also be up for socialising once in a while. As a house we have dinners, beach days and go to gigs etc.

The house is ideal if you work in Truro and great for a night out (when we can) because it takes 2 minutes to walk home. Also good if you wake up late and miss breakfast as the bakery around the corner is the best. The Park & Ride stop is close (can get a return to Treliske and it takes 10 mins). The train station is just a 5 min walk away.

The house is done to a high standard and is bright and spacious. There are plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy some time off.

Room 1 (£600): At the front of the house. Has a large sash window overlooking the front garden. Double bed and fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers vanity, and a writing desk.

Room 2 (£550): At the front of the house. Has a large sash window overlooking the front garden. Double bed and wardrobe.

Bathrooms: There is a big tub and shower in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs has a shower and loo. Both are decorated with white tiles and slate flooring.

Living room: Lovely sofas and plants. Nice space to chill. Has a big bay window which looks over the front garden which is full of mint and lavender and smells so good in the summer.

Kitchen: This is my favourite space. There are decent pots and pans etc. and Smeg appliances. If you enjoy cooking, then you will love this kitchen.

Dining room: This room is next to the kitchen and is open planned. It opens up to the garden via two large doors.

Garden: This is at the back of the house (next to the dining room) and has a great view of Truro Cathedral. Perfect space for dinner parties and outdoor pop-up cinemas.
