Double bedroom available in in Probus. 10 minute drive into Truro, 15 minutes to St Austell.

Property has a shared lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Upstairs has two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The bedroom currently has a double bed, bedside drawers and large wardrobe space. I can acquire a chest of drawers if required.

What I am looking for::

I have no particular preference. It would be great to find someone who is social and has similar interests. I would prefer to become friends rather than be two strangers in the same house.

Note: If you have children that stay with you at any time during the week I would not accept these circumstances.
