The double room faces onto the back of the house and comes with a separate bathroom, shared with another female. It has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, tv, desk and chest of drawers.
All bills and WiFi included.

You’ll be sharing with me, the owner of the house and my two children. I’m an easy going profesional working mum and my two children aged 12 and 14 and our two cats. We are busy but also very sociable. We are quiet after 11 and would like to share with someone fairly similar.

We are close to Treliske, so the hospital and Truro college are within 12 minutes walking distance. We are also on the bus stop route, or a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Would only suit a Female professional.
