Lovely room available in central Truro

Hello potential housemate!

I have a wonderful double room available to rent on a quiet street in Truro City centre. The house has recently been decorated throughout and is a beautiful 3 bed terraced town house with original features, large windows, a light and airy feel and fantastic views of the viaduct from the back.

The room is large with a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and chair. There is room for a desk if required for work.

Bedroom dimensions: 12' 2" x 12' (3.72m x 3.66m)

You will have full use of the kitchen (which includes oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine) as well the large living room (including TV) and dining room. There is a bath/shower room with separate toilet and a small patio garden which is ideal for summer evenings and a large shed which is useful for storage. I have included a plan of the house for reference.

All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity etc, broadband, tv licence).

Transport links: 5 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from bus stops with regular services to Treliske Hospital and beyond. There is a parking permit available to purchase from the Council, use of which can be discussed. Cyclists can access the back of the house and store their bike in the garden shed.

The room would be ideal for a professional working in the area. Originally from Cornwall, I have recently moved to Truro after 12 years living in London and elsewhere and am looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person who wants somewhere to call home. I am a sociable person who likes to have a chat over dinner and a bottle of wine in the evening, but equally respectful of peoples' space. I am currently working full time in an office and my other lodger (a friendly and sociable young professional) is at home on furlough due to the current situation. I may be biased, but the house really does have a warm and welcoming feel to it, and I am looking to find people who fit in with this. I am open to short ish term renters but ideally want someone who wants to stay for 6 months or more.
