Double Bedroom in Truro, about 15-minute walk to the city center. The flat comes with parking in the form of a private carpark. The complex has communal grounds and is near amenities such as Waitrose and fish and chips. The Flat itself is on the ground floor, it is relatively large with a big living space. It is fully furnished, the only thing you may need is a wardrobe, or clothes rack. Alternatively, I can get rid of the bedroom furniture if you have your own things. The property has 2 bathrooms, so you do not need to share. The flat has a washing machine, gas cooker, and gas central heating.

I am a young professional working in Truro, and travel often and so the flat is largely vacant.

I have agreed with my landlord to have someone come onto the lease. Although initial contact will be through me, the rest of the process will go through the rental agency. Although this is a longer process, you will have renter's rights.

The costs: The rent will be £362.50 per month. the Council tax is an extra £100 each. So £462.50 in total before bills. I already pay for the Wifi and a TV license and happy to continue this. It is a cheap place for bills. I currently pay £25 for Water and £35 for gas and electricity. This means that you will probably be paying in total £500. I am happy to pay a little more in bills to keep your total expenditure at £500 or below
