Large King Size En-Suite Near Treliske Hospital

Please note: Price based on 4 nights per week stay. Part time stay preferred but will consider full time stay at £625 pcm single occupancy or £700 for 2 people. 4 night stays includes bedding supplied and cleaning.

Newly decorated and ideally suited to someone working in the area during the week who return home at the weekends, although will consider full time occupancy for the right person. My home is around 5 minutes walk to Treliske Hospital so great location for anyone working there.

Room has a king size bed which can also be made up as 2 singles. It is furnished with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. There is a 32 inch TV with free view.

Both rooms have kettles and there is a fridge on the landing shared by the king size and single rooms. There is also a dining conservatory with a large TV which also has catch up channels. There is a microwave and toaster in the conservatory which is shared by occupants and of both rooms.

The room is available on a short term basis until 22nd May 22.
