It's located on a quiet estate at the Higher Town end of Truro, Tresawls Avenue. It's 3/4 mins walk to the hospital over the road and has a Spar open until 11pm daily 1 min walk away at the end of the road. It's on the main bus route (outside Spar) and about 15 min walk to the train station, 5 min drive into Truro centre.
Shared areas:
It has double patio doors leading to a sunny, private back garden, patio with table and chairs, seating areas, shed.
The bathroom and kitchen have plenty of natural light and are modern.
The bathroom has a stand alone power shower as well as a separate tub and under sink storage.
The kitchen area has a breakfast bar/dining area.
There is a 7 burner range style gas cooker with double oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, dish washer and all of the usual household appliances to use.
(There is a lounge area but it is potentially going to be unavailable for use as it is may be updated for another tenant to occupy. Please note this means there may eventually be an additional housemate, but at present it will be 3.)
Tenants are currently 2 working, professional women (hospital workers.)
Landlord will need access to shared areas a few times a year for maintenance, and with prior notice.
