We are a friendly relaxed household looking for a replacement for our lovely housemate Niamh who is moving out at the end of December as she has bought a house. We all enjoy walks, trips to the pub, food and music. We mostly do our own things but do often hang out together too, and would be looking for someone similar. Must be comfortable with having a dog in the house.
* Very large double room (5.0m x 3.7m) and is fully furnished including king size bed and hybrid mattress
* Bathroom adjacent shared with one other person
* Shared use of lounge and kitchen
* Kitchen fitted with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
Comfortable and spacious period property
* Loads and loads of parking available adjacent to the property
* Very well maintained communal gardens, storage building , on site parking and bike store
* sharing house with owner (44, male), one other lodger (23, female) a two year old Labrador and a two year old spaniel .
* Located a very short walk from the Park and Ride at Tregurra/Waitrose
£650 per month, but price negotiable for the right person all bills and Council Tax included, £300 deposit, flexible lease terms on a rolling basis. I would be looking for a non-smoking professional lodger, preferably without pets.
