Seeking Female Working Professional Lodger

Looking for a quiet FEMALE preferred ,responsible , full time working 9am-5pm professional to rent a double room in my 3 bedroom home in (TR1 Truro area).  It’s a private residence and very quiet area with plenty of parking & use of large tranquil communal gardens. The room is furnished with a double bed ,desk, side table and a clothes rail . You will have access to the common areas of the home, the kitchen & your own bathroom ( it is also used as a guest toilet for people who visit the house ) The room comes with a key so you may keep it locked if you wish. The room & bathroom are situated on the 1st floor so you have the entire floor for privacy as our bedroom is on the top level so its very separate living.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months , ( would also consider short week lets and Monday - Friday ) you must be down to earth , neat, professional , no partygoers & be clean and tidy.

Full time employed only . This accommodation is suitable Doctors/Nurses (preferred) who need somewhere to rest their head. I work 8am-5pm Monday -Friday ) Weeknights are very chilled, my BF and I go to bed quite early most nights Its generally a pretty chilled household and ideally looking for someone who is going to fit , personality wise but also very important they are happy to do their own thing separately. The house is very close to Waitrose, and about 4 mins driving distance to Tesco & Aldi with a bus stop outside .
