Quiet room for working, mature professional, in a central Truro house, sharing with one other 30 year old male professional. This is a traditional style house, secluded, detached with a garden, centrally heated and overlooking the river, within easy walking distance of major supermarkets and town centre. The room is furnished and has its own en-suite shower and toilet. Sorry, not suitable for someone working from home. This is a quiet, clean and respectful home - the same is expected in return. No smoking or vaping. Time wasters need not apply.
